Their outreach efforts include hosting events like a Christmas Market and being part of the Pontefract community kitchen. The Digital Reception tool supports these efforts by managing newsletter sign-ups and maintaining a comprehensive address book for seamless communication with prospective families and community partners.

While the Virtual Notice Board serves as a dynamic communication hub, displaying important information like daily menus, staff on shift, upcoming events and resident birthdays.
