As our software works across all Monson Care Group homes, it allows them to share resources. Care homes located close to each other can transfer staff when extra shifts are available, ensuring flexibility and better coverage. This system also assesses weekly hour needs, helping management recruit effectively and cut excess costs. 

Charli continued: “Another benefit is that residents appreciate seeing familiar care staff and having a consistent care team, which makes a huge difference to their stay. Staff, on the other hand, are more comfortable and confident, as they work with known colleagues instead of unfamiliar agency workers.”
