Person Centred Software integrates with Cool Care to make admin easy

The UK’s leading digital care planning provider has announced an exciting integration with the market leader in care home administration software – marking a significant turning point in the delivery of care within health and social care services.

Person Centred Software, providers of the country’s most widely used digital care management system, has integrated with CoolCare, an intuitive software designed to make admin easy – in a move that brings two ‘best of breed’ technologies under the same umbrella to improve the quality of life for people in social care.

Having established a reputation for making care home operations easier, more efficient and more profitable across more than 30 years, CoolCare’s integration with Person Centred Software is the latest stage of its ambitious growth plans that recently saw the company undergo a comprehensive rebrand.

Those who choose to use both products will experience an enhanced level of integration – benefitting from a unified ecosystem of care that’s delivered from the two market leaders in their respective fields.

The new free of charge integration is delivered to customers as part of CoolCare’s continuous development philosophy. Customers will be able to automatically add staff and residents into their Person Centred Software records, reducing unnecessary duplication and ensuring new admissions have their care record in place.

Speaking of the integration, Jonathan Papworth, founder of Person Centred Software, said: “I have been working in the same market sector as CoolCare for many years, and they have a totally complementary product. Whereas PCS provides clinical systems, CoolCare provides all the administrative systems that a care provider needs. Together, the two companies provide a significant percentage of the systems that make up our ecosystem, and by building an integration between our products will give our joint customers the best possible solution to their needs.”

Fiona Hale, Managing Director at CoolCare, said: “We’ve long admired the ethos of Jonathan and the team at Person Centred Software, who share the same conviction of improving care and quality in social care through enhanced efficiency. CoolCare is all about making care home operations easier, more efficient and more profitable, and the combination of our two great products will help to enhance the capabilities of the care sector. We’re very proud to continue on our pathway of growth through this partnership.”
