coolcare sponsors the executive management category at leaders in care 2018.

CoolCare is delighted to announce its sponsorship of the Executive Management Category at this year’s Leaders in Care event hosted by the leading industry magazine Care Home Professional.

Leaders in Care is an award ceremony that celebrates those working in and with care homes. It recognises those who provide quality care, the innovators in technology, the leaders of tomorrow and even the construction and development companies.

Having built and operated care homes for decades, CoolCare understands the importance of each person involved in their daily running and so we applaud this event and are very proud to be a part of it.

The Executive Management Category will honour those who take ultimate responsibility for building companies, increasing revenue, driving up profits and creating value for investors and shareholders. The Managing Directors, Chief Executives and Financial Directors are the ones who keep their eye on the costs, check progress and identify ways to help their staff work easily and effectively.

CoolCare recognises that the skill of managing a commercially efficient care business is often underestimated.  In a funding-challenged and cost pressure environment, the ability to manage productivity at the same time as improving care standards, planning cap-ex investment and overseeing a complex operational business is paramount.

Such exceptional leaders are exactly the type of care professionals that CoolCare4 assists and the nominees for this category encapsulate our ethos.

We congratulate all those nominated and wish you the very best of luck – but remember it’s not always the winning that counts!
