Like us eLFY has extensive experience in the industry and they care about care. They work with national subject matter experts to create engaging, high-quality training that is packed with the latest content.
The courses we’re offering are a mix of mandatory and additional training. The mandatory speaks for itself and the additional courses can only be of benefit to your business, your team and ultimately your residents and their families. And, of course, it’s always nice to be ahead of the game when CQC come knocking!

Here’s a reminder:
You can now add the mandatory training that every team member requires, and your staff records will be automatically updated.
You can keep on top of missing, expired or soon-to-expire training.
You can view a staff member by qualification to identify what needs attention, whether a course has been booked and follow up in a timely fashion.
