CoolCare is delighted to announce its sponsorship of the “Executive of the Year” category of the 2019 Leaders in Care Awards.
The awards will be hosted by the industry publication Care Home Professional. The ceremony is an annual celebration of the achievements of UK care providers and the suppliers that serve them. The ceremony will be hosted at the Hilton, Birmingham Metropole on the first night of The Care Show on 9th October.
CoolCare Managing Director Fiona Hale said:
“As passionate advocates of the power of effective care home management, CoolCare is delighted to be sponsoring the Executive of the Year Award. The skills the nominees all demonstrate in inspiring and motivating their teams – whilst managing a commercially successful care business – cannot be overstated. We therefore applaud all these exceptional leaders. The CoolCare team looks forward to celebrating their excellent care home management with Care Home Professional.”
The Award
Given their specialist work with care business executives to improve their operational efficiency, this is the second consecutive year CoolCare has supported the Leaders in Care Event. In 2018, CoolCare sponsored the “Executive Management” category, which honoured the achievements of some of the biggest names in social care. Nominees included:
- Andrew Knight, Care UK
- Matthew Proctor, Avery Healthcare
- Mala Agarwal, Athena Care Homes
- Tracey Stakes, Belong
- James Allen, Consensus, part of Caring Homes Group
- Laurence Geller, Innovative Aged Care
- Mark Greaves, Anchor
- Christine Asbury, WCS Care
- Phil Smith, New Century Care
- Avnish Goyal, Hallmark Care Homes, Care England
- Mandy Kittlety, Luxurycare Group
- Elaine Farrer, Colten Care
- Paul Newman, Greensleeves Care
- Rob Fielder, Carlauren Care
CoolCare is expecting a similarly competitive field at this year’s award. Fiona continued:
“At CoolCare, we celebrate these types of individuals and best practice in care home administration. It so often goes under the radar compared with other aspects of care management. It is for that reason that we chose to focus our latest product, CoolCare4, on the administrative aspects of running care home operations. We’d like to give everyone in the category an award! Whilst only one person will take home the award on the night, all the nominees are winning for their businesses.”
Nominations for the awards remain open until 16th August 2019. Nominate care providers and suppliers.
