coolcare at the care show Birmingham 2025: growth, innovation and connection in action.

Every October, care professionals from across the UK gather at the NEC Birmingham to celebrate the best of the care sector – and this year’s Care Show Birmingham 2025 was no exception.

With over 4,500 care professionals under one roof, the event was a brilliant opportunity to share expertise, discover new innovations and strengthen the connections that drive our sector forward. We were proud to be at the heart of it all, meeting with passionate professionals, showcasing our latest features and sharing insights on the systems that help care homes thrive.

a platform for learning and leadership.

CoolCare’s Commercial Director, Iain Corrigan, took to the stage at the Tech Theatre to deliver an engaging session on The Care Home Growth Formula: Occupancy and Enquiry Excellence.

With over 40 care professionals in attendance, Iain explored how digitising systems and embedding best practice processes can significantly boost care home occupancy – drawing on real-life success stories from the likes of LNT Care Developments. The session sparked great discussions on how technology can support smarter decision-making, drive admissions and reduce time to occupancy.

We’re thrilled to share that one new customer has already gone live since the show — with three more in onboarding. It’s fantastic to see such immediate results from an event that’s all about building stronger care communities.
