Update on Nohmad devices.

The manufacturer has advised that the Nohmad range will be gradually phased out over time.
Please rest assured that CoolCare will continue to fully support your existing Nohmad devices for the foreseeable future. However, as availability reduces, there will eventually be a point where replacement Nohmads are no longer available.

1. obtain a spare Nohmad device.
We currently have a limited quantity of remaining Nohmad stock and are offering a ‘clearance deal’ for our existing Nohmad customers. This offer gives the opportunity to purchase spare devices, should you wish to hold a spare(s) for consistency and peace of mind. These devices can be purchased now whilst stocks last.
This stock is available at a 20% discount from £795 reduced to £636*. Offer is available until 31.3.2026.
2. upgrade to a new biometric device.
We have introduced a new generation of time and attendance technology, called the ‘biostation’ which offer significant upgrades in user functionality and clocking efficiency, these devices will replace Nohmads in the medium-term. Biostations are facial recognition, bio-metric devices provide a secure modern, robust solution. They eliminate the need to issue and manage i-buttons, thereby reducing the risks associated with “buddy” clocking.
You can upgrade to a wired biometric device from existing Nohmads at a 10% discount from £1,765* reduced to £1588* or
You can upgrade to a Wi-Fi biometric device from existing Nohmads at a 10% discount from £1,985* reduced to £1786* .
Offer is available until 31.3.2026.
We also have a choice of lease options starting from £72* per month per device (this amount may vary depending on contract length).

Note you can have mixed devices in your estate, i.e. Nohmad in one home and biometric in another, so roll out can be phased with no reduction of service.
